Marv is one of the most respected catching instructors in the game today. Marv had a 7 year major league career as a catcher with the Chicago White Sox and Texas Rangers and is currently the catching coordinator with the Colarado Rockies. He is the only minor league manager ever to win league championships in all three major Triple-A leagues (International League, American Association and Pacific Coast League).
